Texas handgun license courses
The Texas License To Carry (LTC), formerly known as Concealed Handgun License (CHL) course is required by the state of Texas and must be completed successfully in order to obtain your license to carry.
Tactical training
Fortis Defense Tactical Training courses Level 1-2 develope fundamental shooting skills. Emphasis is placed on proper use of cover, rapid threat assessment and engaging targets.
Land navigation courses
Fortis Defense Basic and Advanced, Day and Night time, Land Navigation courses are tailored from those who are new to land navigation to those who are versed and experienced. Our Basic Land Navigation course is suited for all ages. The advanced course targets those who can comprehend complex activities and taskings. Whether you are preparing for an adventure or looking to advance your skillset, we have a course that is right for you.
FORTIS DEFENSE AMMUNITION SALES
Fortis Defense is a Class 7 weapons/ammunition production & gun sales company. Our production ammunition is commercially produced on Mark7 automated loaders. All aspects of our ammunition is inspected by sensors to ensure all stages of loading is to spec. At Fortis Defense, we understand there is no room for error when producing ammunition that is why all produced rounds are not only inspected by sensors but also by eye to ensure consistency and uniformity. Everything from case length, width, overall dimensions, and primers are thoroughly inspected and QC’d. Rounds are randomly pulled and live fired with a chronograph to ensure consistency within set parameters.
Women’s self defense
Women's Self Defense course. This is a 2-day, full-contact course taught by our prior military combatives instructor. This course is designed to teach you how to defend yourself against the most common types of attacks.
When you finish day 2, you will leave feeling safe, strong, accomplished, and confident that you will not become someone’s next victim.
Each day we will pause for a short lunch so please bring food and drink.
You can feel safe knowing the facility we use for this course is sanitized for your protection against COVID multiple times per day.
