The Texas License To Carry (LTC), formerly known as Concealed Handgun License (CHL) course is required by the state of Texas and must be completed successfully in order to obtain your license to carry. In order to obtain your class certificate, you must pass the administered 25 question multiple choice test with a passing score of 70% as well as a proficiency demonstration test on the firing range with a minimum passing score of 70% (175 points out of a possible 250) utilizing the standard B-27 target.
